Front Propeller Shaft Assembly: Installation

INSTALL FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY
1. for Differential Side:
  1. Align the matchmarks on the yoke and differential flange.
  2. Connect the propeller shaft with the 4 nuts.
    Torque: 88 N*m (900 kgf*cm, 65 ft.*lbf)

2. for Transfer Side:
  1. Align the matchmarks on the yoke and transfer flange.
  2. Install the propeller shaft with the 4 nuts.
    Torque: 88 N*m (900 kgf*cm, 65 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR
1. Install the insulator with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 16 N*m (163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf)
REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER (See INSTALLATION )
REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUBASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUBASSEMBLY LH (See INSTALLATION )
REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUBASSEMBLY RH (See INSTALLATION )
