Drive Belt: Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH 
  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 
  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the clip.
    2. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the screw.

    3. Peel off the front fender side protector, disengage the 3 clips, and then remove the front fender moulding sub-assembly RH.
    4. Remove the pad from the front fender moulding sub-assembly RH. o
    5. Remove the 2 No. 4 clips from the front fender moulding sub-assembly RH.

    6. Remove the front fender side protector from the front fender moulding sub-assembly RH.
  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH  (See REMOVAL )

  6. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT 
    1. Attach a wrench to the hexagonal portion of the belt tensioner as shown in the illustration, rotate the belt tensioner clockwise, and remove the V-ribbed belt.
