When either of the following conditions is met (2 trip detection logic):
- While the engine is warming up after a cold engine start, the change in the engine coolant temperature sensor output is below the threshold.
- In the duration between when a warmed-up engine is stopped and the next cold engine start, the change in the engine coolant temperature sensor output is below the threshold.
