Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the reclining cover protector LH.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the No. 2 seat hinge cover LH.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the reclining cover protector RH.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the No. 2 seat hinge cover RH.
  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Disengage the 13 hooks.

    2. Remove the 4 hog rings and the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad.

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 14 hog rings and the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 clips.
    2. Separate the fastener and the rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw.
    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat lock striker cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HANDLE 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the clamp.
    3. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 2 seat handle as shown in the illustration.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 7 clips.

    2. Disengage the 3 hooks and remove the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly.
  11. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Separate the hook and the No. 1 rear side seat band sub-assembly with No. 1 rear seat cover bezel.

    3. Remove the No. 1 rear seat cover bezel.
  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Remove the 4 hog rings.

    2. Disengage the 15 hooks.
    3. Disengage the 16 clips and remove the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad.
  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 18 hog rings and the rear No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover LH.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH.

  16. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover LH.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps.
    3. Remove the 3 nuts and the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly LH.

  17. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover RH.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps.
    3. Remove the 3 nuts and the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly RH.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 
    1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 4 rear seatback edge protectors.

  19. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the clamp.
    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly LH.

  20. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly LH.

  21. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the clamp.
    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly RH.

  22. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

  23. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts<A>, 2 spiral springs and the 2 E-rings.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts < b > and the 2 bushes.
    3. Remove the 2 bolts <C>, 2 washers and the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.
