REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side): Disassembly

  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING UPPER COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat reclining upper cover.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  4. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the 4 claws.
    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the 5 claws.
    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  7. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. Disengage the 2 hooks.
    3. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    4. Separate the 3 buttons.

    5. Disengage the 12 hooks.

    6. Remove the 4 hog rings and the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the No. 1 rear seat cover LH.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER RH 
    1. Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the No. 1 rear seat cover RH.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the No. 2 rear seat cover.

  11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Remove the 11 hog rings and the separate type rear No. 1 seat cushion cover.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT ARMREST CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 rear seat armrest cap.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the bolt, washer, wave washer and the rear seat armrest assembly.

  14. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the 2 tonneau cover hook holders.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

  16. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Remove the screw and the reclining remote control lever knob as shown in the illustration.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER CAP (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat lock striker cover caps.

  18. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 rear seatback lock striker cover.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT BEZEL COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and the No. 1 rear seat bezel cover.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat lock striker cover.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the guide.
    3. Disconnect the rear seat lock control cable and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Disengage the 20 claws as shown in the illustration.
    2. Disengage the 2 clips.
    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Disengage the 18 claws as shown in the illustration.
    2. Disengage the 2 clips.
    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

  24. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly LH.

  25. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly RH.

  26. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Disengage the hook and remove the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  27. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Disengage the hook.
    2. Remove the 2 hog rings and the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  28. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Remove the 10 hog rings and the separate type rear No. 1 seatback cover.

  29. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER PROTECTOR 
    1. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat reclining inner protector.

  30. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER REAR COVER 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat reclining inner rear cover.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER FRONT COVER 
    1. Remove the screw and the rear seat reclining inner front cover.

  32. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK INNER COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seatback inner cover.

  33. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH 
    1. Disengage the claw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

  34. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover.

  35. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER 
    1. Disengage the hook and remove the No. 1 rear seat cover.
  36. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the hook and separate the seat adjuster control cable assembly with the rear seat hook.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps.
    3. Disengage the claw and remove the seat adjuster control cable assembly.
  37. REMOVE REAR SEAT HOOK 
    1. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat hook.

  38. REMOVE SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 clamps.
    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the seat track control cable assembly.

  39. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly.

  40. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) 
    1. Remove the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 6 cable clamps and remove the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly.
  41. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the rear seat cushion spring assembly.

  42. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seatback lock control lever sub-assembly.

  43. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps.

    2. Remove the nut and the rear seatback stopper sub-assembly.
