REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side): Disassembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seat cushion spring assembly with the 4 bolts and 2 bushes.

      Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf)

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT HOOK 
    1. Engage the claw to install the rear seat hook.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE 
    1. Engage the claw.
    2. Engage the rear seat hook.
    3. Engage the 4 cable clamps to install the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE (w/ Remote Folding Function) 
    1. Install the clamp.
    2. Engage the 2 clamps.
    3. Engage the 6 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat reclining control cable.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER 
    1. Install the No. 2 rear seat cover.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER 
    1. Engage the claw.
    2. Install the rear seat cushion side cover with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Engage the claw.
    2. Install the rear No. 2 seatback cover with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Engage the claw to install the rear No. 1 seat shoulder belt cover.
  9. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )

  10. INSTALL BELT SUPPORT PLATE 
    1. Engage the 3 claws to install the belt support plate.

  11. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear No. 1 seatback cover with 10 new hog rings.
    NOTE:
    • Be careful not to damage the cover.
    • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Engage the hooks to install the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  13. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly RH.

  14. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly LH.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage 2 guides.
    2. Engage the 2 clips.
    3. Engage the 19 claws to install the rear seatback board carpet assembly as shown in the illustration.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the rear seatback lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf)

  17. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOWER LOCK BEZEL 
    1. Install the rear seatback lower lock bezel with the 2 screws.

    2. Engage the snap to install the rear seat track handle as shown in the illustration.

    3. Engage the 4 claws.
    4. Install the rear center seat outer belt cover with the screw.
  18. CONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the rear seat lock control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the guide.
    3. Install the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Engage the claw to install the rear seat lock striker cover.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover.

  22. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER 
    1. Install the 2 tonneau cover hook holders with the 2 screws.

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the rear seat armrest assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 33 N*m (337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf)

  24. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 seat armrest cap.
  25. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )

  26. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Install the rear seat reclining inner cover with the screw.

  27. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER 
    1. Engage the claw.
    2. Install the seat track upper rail cover with the screw.

  28. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH 
    1. Engage the guide to install the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  29. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 1 RECLINING COVER 
    1. Engage the 2 guides.
    2. Engage the claw.
    3. Install the rear seat No. 1 reclining cover with the screw.

  30. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER (for Rear Side) 
    1. Engage the 2 hooks to install the No. 1 rear seat cover.

  31. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER (for RH Side) 
    1. Engage the 2 hooks to install the No. 1 rear seat cover.

  32. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER (for LH Side) 
    1. Engage the 4 hooks to install the No. 1 rear seat cover.

  33. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with 11 new hog rings.
    NOTE:
    • Be careful not to damage the cover.
    • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  34. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.
      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. Engage the 12 hooks.

    3. Engage the 3 buttons.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.
      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
    5. Install the 2 hooks.

    6. Engage the 2 hooks to install the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  35. INSTALL REAR SEAT FRONT CUSHION MOULDING 
    1. Install the rear seat front cushion moulding with the screw.

  36. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the rear seat lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf)

  37. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT BEZEL COVER 
    1. Temporarily install the No. 2 rear seat bezel cover as shown in the illustration.
    2. Engage the 2 guides.
    3. Install the rear seat bezel cover with the screw.

  38. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Engage the claw to install the rear seat cushion under cover.

  39. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE COVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat 3 point type cover assembly.

  40. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  41. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER 
    1. Install the No. 2 seat leg cover with the 5 screws.

  42. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 2 LEG SIDE COVER 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat No. 2 leg side cover.

  43. INSTALL CENTER PROTECTOR COVER 
    1. Temporarily install the center protector cover.
    2. install the rear side seat band sub-assembly with the screw.

    3. Engage the claw and guide.
    4. Install the center protector cover with the screw.

  44. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the seat adjuster cover cap.

  45. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

  46. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH 
    1. Engage the 6 claws.

  47. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the seat adjuster cover cap.

  48. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH 
    1. Engage the guide.

  49. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE 
    1. Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle with the 3 screws.

  50. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING UPPER COVER 
    1. Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat reclining upper cover.
