Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly: Reassembly

1. Temporarily install the 2 bolts <C>, 2 washers and the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.
2. Temporarily install the 2 bolts < b > and the 2 bushes.
3. Temporarily install the 2 nuts, 2 bolts <A>, 2 springs and the 2 E-rings.
4. Tighten the 2 nuts, 2 bolts < b > and the 2 bolts <C> to install the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

Torque: Nut 

18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf) 

Bolt < b >, Bolt <C> 

21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf) 

1. Connect the 2 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

1. Connect the 2 cable clamps and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly RH.
2. Install a new clamp.

1. Connect the 2 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly LH.

1. Connect the 2 cable clamps and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly LH.
2. Install a new clamp.

1. Engage the 8 claws to install the 4 rear seatback edge protectors.

1. Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly RH with the 3 nuts.

   Torque: 14 N*m (143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf) 

2. Connect the 2 cable clamps.

3. Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover RH with the 2 screws.

1. Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly LH with the 3 nuts.

   Torque: 14 N*m (143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf) 

2. Connect the 2 cable clamps.

3. Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover LH with the 2 screws.

1. Engage the guide.
2. Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH with the screw.

1. Engage the guide.
2. Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover LH with the screw.

1. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly with 18 new hog rings.

1. Temporarily install the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad to the rear No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly.
2. Engage the 16 clips and install the rear No. 2 seatback cover.

3. Engage the 15 hooks.

4. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad with 4 new hog rings.

1. Install the No. 1 rear seat cover bezel to the No. 1 rear side seat band sub-assembly.

2. Engage the hook.
3. Install the No. 1 rear seat cover bezel and the No. 1 rear side seat band sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

1. Engage the 3 hooks.

2. Engage the 7 clips to install the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly.

1. Connect the 2 cable clamps as shown in the illustration.

2. Install a new clamp.

3. Install the rear No. 2 seat handle with the 2 screws.

1. Engage the 2 guides.
2. Engage the claw to install the rear seat lock striker cover.

1. Attach the fastener.
2. Install the seat track handle with the 2 new clips.

1. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 14 new hog rings.

   NOTE:

   • Be careful not to damage the cover.
   • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

1. Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings.

   NOTE:

   • Be careful not to damage the cover.
   • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
2. Engage the 13 hooks to install the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad.

1. Install the No. 2 seat hinge cover RH with the 2 screws.
