Rear Center Seat Assembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE CAP 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat cushion hinge cap.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the No. 2 rear seat cushion cover sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER 
    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the rear seat lock striker.

      Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf)

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR 
    1. Install the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  5. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD 
    1. Install the center seat cushion pad.

  6. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 15 claws to install the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT TURN CABLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Insert the guide.
    2. Install the rear seat turn cable assembly with the nut.

      Torque: 6.5 N*m (66 kgf*cm, 58 in.*lbf)

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK PROTECTOR 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Install the rear seatback protector with the screw.

  9. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEATBACK FRAME ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the bush.

    2. Using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the 2 "TORX" bolts to the rear center seatback frame assembly.

      Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Engage the 3 cable clamps to install the cable.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Engage the guide and the claw.
    2. Install the rear seat hinge cover RH with the 2 screws.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Engage the guide and the claw.
    2. Install the rear seat hinge cover LH with the 2 screws.

  12. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEATBACK PAD 
    1. Install the center seatback pad to the No. 1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

  13. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

  14. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Temporarily install the center seatback cover sub-assembly with the 4 clips.

    2. Install the 2 clips.
    3. Engage the 9 hooks to install the center seatback cover sub-assembly.

  15. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear center seat headrest support assembly RH.

  16. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear center seat headrest support assembly LH.

  17. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 3 clips.
    2. Install the rear seatback board sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG REST LOCK COVER 
    1. Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat leg rest lock cover.

  19. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER CAP 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seatback lock cover cap.
  20. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
