Rear Center Seat Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback lock cover cap.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG REST LOCK COVER 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat leg rest lock cover.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the 3 clips and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear center seat headrest support assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear center seat headrest support assembly RH.

  7. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 9 hooks.
    2. Disengage the 2 clips.

    3. Remove the 4 clips and the center seatback cover sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws and the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK PAD 
    1. Remove the rear center seatback pad.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the claw and the guide to remove the rear seat hinge cover LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the claw and the guide to remove the rear seat hinge cover RH.

  12. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK FRAME ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 3 cable clamps.
    2. Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and the rear center seatback frame assembly.

    3. Remove the bush.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK PROTECTOR 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seatback protector.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT TURN CABLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the nut.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat turn cable assembly.

  15. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 15 claws and remove the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  16. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD 
    1. Remove the center seat cushion pad.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR 
    1. Remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER 
    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the rear seat lock striker.

  19. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and the No. 2 rear seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE CAP 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cap.
