REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side): Disassembly: Notes

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING UPPER COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat reclining upper cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the 5 claws.
    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

  4. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

  6. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

  7. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

  8. REMOVE CENTER PROTECTOR COVER 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the claw and guide.

    3. Remove the screw and disconnect the rear side seat band sub-assembly.
    4. Remove the center protector cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 LEG SIDE COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat No. 2 leg side cover.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER 
    1. Remove the 5 screws and the No. 2 seat leg cover.

  11. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the rear side seat band sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE COVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat 3 point type cover assembly.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion under cover.

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT BEZEL COVER 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 rear seat bezel cover as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seat lock assembly.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT FRONT CUSHION MOULDING 
    1. Remove the screw and the rear seat front cushion moulding.

  17. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. Disengage the 2 hooks.
    3. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    4. Disengage the 3 buttons.

    5. Disengage the 12 hooks.

    6. Remove the 3 hog rings and the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  18. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Remove the 11 hog rings and the separate type rear No. 1 seat cushion cover.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER (for LH Side) 
    1. Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the No. 1 rear seat cover.

  20. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER (for RH Side) 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the No. 1 rear seat cover.

  21. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER (for Rear Side) 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the No. 1 rear seat cover.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 RECLINING COVER 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the claw.
    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat No. 1 reclining cover.

  23. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the guide and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  24. REMOVE SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the claw and remove the seat track upper rail cover.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat reclining inner cover.
  26. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )

  27. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 seat armrest cap.

  28. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the bolt and the rear seat armrest assembly.

  29. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and the 2 tonneau cover hook holders.

  30. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat lock striker cover.

  32. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the guide.
    3. Disconnect the rear seat lock control cable and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  33. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  34. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOWER LOCK BEZEL 
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the rear center seat outer belt cover.

    3. Disengage the snap and remove the rear seat track handle as shown in the illustration.

    4. Remove the 2 screws and the rear seatback lower lock bezel.

  35. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock assembly.

  36. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 19 claws as shown in the illustration.
    2. Disengage the 2 clips.
    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

  37. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly LH.

  38. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat headrest support assembly RH.

  39. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
    1. Disengage the 2 hooks and the remove rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  40. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Remove the 10 hog rings and the separate type rear No. 1 seatback cover.

  41. REMOVE BELT SUPPORT PLATE 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the belt support plate.
  42. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )

  43. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER 
    1. Disengage the claw.
    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat shoulder belt cover.

  44. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the claw and remove the rear No. 2 seatback cover.

  45. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion side cover.

  46. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER 
    1. Remove the No. 2 rear seat cover.

  47. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE 
    1. Disengage the 6 control cable clamps and 2 clamps.
    2. Remove the clamp and the No. 1 rear seat reclining control cable.

  48. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE 
    1. Disengage the 4 cable camps and rear seat hook.
    2. Disengage the rear seat hook.
    3. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

  49. REMOVE REAR SEAT HOOK 
    1. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat hook from the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

  50. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 "TORX" bolts, 2 bushes and the rear seat cushion spring assembly.
