FENDER LINER (for Rear Side): Removal
- REMOVE REAR WHEEL HOUSE PAD LH
- Remove the 3 screws and rear wheel house pad LH.
- REMOVE REAR WHEEL HOUSE PAD RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
- REMOVE QUARTER PANEL SEAL LH
HINT:
When removing the quarter panel seal, heat the vehicle body and quarter panel seal using a heat light.
Heating temperature
TEMPERATURE SPECIFICATIONItem Temperature Vehicle Body 40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F) Quarter Panel Seal 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F) NOTE: Do not heat the vehicle body or quarter panel seal excessively.- Remove the 4 screws.
- Peel off the double-sided tape and remove the quarter panel seal LH.
- REMOVE QUARTER PANEL SEAL RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL LH
- Remove the clip, screw and bolt.
- Remove the 2 grommets.
HINT:
The grommets need to be replaced with new ones because they will break when they are removed.
- Remove the rear bumper side seal LH.
- REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- REMOVE REAR WHEEL HOUSE LINER LH
- Remove the 10 clips and rear wheel house liner LH.
- REMOVE REAR WHEEL HOUSE LINER RH
- Remove the 10 clips and rear wheel house liner RH.
