Steering Pad Switch: Installation

INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Microphone)
1. Engage the 2 pins to install the steering pad switch.
2. Install the screw.
  Torque: 2.4 N*m (24 kgf*cm, 21 in.*lbf)

3. Engage the 2 pins to install the steering pad switch assembly.
4. Install the screw.
  Torque: 2.4 N*m (24 kgf*cm, 21 in.*lbf)
5. Connect the steering pad switch connector to the spiral cable.

INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH LH (w/o Microphone)
1. Engage the 2 pins to install the steering pad switch LH.
2. Install the screw.
  Torque: 2.4 N*m (24 kgf*cm, 21 in.*lbf)
3. Connect the steering pad switch connector to the spiral cable.

CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
