COMPRESSOR (for 2ZR-FE): Inspection

  1. INSPECT COMPRESSOR AND PULLEY (A/C COMPRESSOR) 
    1. Disconnect the connector from the compressor and pulley.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance 

      RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2 (SOL+) -1 (SOL-) 20°C (68°F) 10 to 11 Ω

      If the resistance is not as specified, replace the compressor and pulley.
