CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR (for E351): Installation

INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Install the clutch accumulator assembly with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 12 N*m (120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)

CONNECT CLUTCH LINE
1. Connect the clutch tube bracket with the bolt.
  Torque: 8.0 N*m (80 kgf*cm, 69 in.*lbf)

2. Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), install the clutch line to the clutch accumulator assembly.
  Torque: without a union nut wrench
  
  15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
  
  with a union nut wrench
  
  14 N*m (143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)
  NOTE:
  - Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 250 mm (9.84 in.).
  - This torque value is effective when union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.

INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR BRACKET
1. Install the clutch accumulator bracket with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: Bolt A
  
  12 N*m (120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)
  
  Bolt B
  
  37 N*m (377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER HEAT INSULATOR
1. Install the release cylinder heat insulator with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 12 N*m (120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)
FILL BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR (See REPLACEMENT )
BLEED CLUTCH LINE (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSPECT FLUID LEVEL (See BRAKE FLUID )

INSPECT FOR FLUID LEAK
HINT:

Check for leaks from the clutch system.
