Back Door Outside Garnish: Removal

REMOVE BACK WINDOW UPPER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH (w/o Power Back Door) (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH (w/ Power Back Door) (See DISASSEMBLY )
DISCONNECT POWER BACK DOOR ROD (w/ Power Back Door) (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH (w/ Power Back Door) (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER RH (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK COVER (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE ASSIST STRAP HOLE COVER (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE ASSIST STRAP ASSEMBLY (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect each connector.
2. Remove the 5 nuts.

3. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the back door outside garnish assembly.

4. Remove the 2 clips and 5 gaskets.
REMOVE BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE GLASS HATCH OPENER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Glass Hatch Type) (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH PROTECTOR
1. Remove the back door outside garnish protectors.
