Inspection Procedure

HINT:
If DTC U0129 has been stored, troubleshoot the CAN communication system first.
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (SPEED METER)
- Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch ON and turn the tester ON.
- Perform the ACTIVE TEST according to the prompts displayed on the tester.

NG: REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
OK: Go TO NEXT STEP.
- READ VALUE OF DATA LIST (SPEED METER)
- Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch ON and the tester ON.
- Read the DATA LIST according to the prompts displayed on the tester.

OK: GO TO BRAKE CONTROL - RAV4
