Inspection Procedure

NOTE:
When replacing the ABS and TRACTION actuator, perform the zero point calibration (see CALIBRATION ).
- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check if the CAN communication system DTC is output (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
).

B: REPAIR CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A: GO TO NEXT STEP.

- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (SLIP INDICATOR LIGHT)
- Using the intelligent tester's ACTIVE TEST, generate a control command, and then check that the SLIP indicator light operates.

OK: REPLACE ABS AND TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
- Using the intelligent tester's ACTIVE TEST, generate a control command, and then check that the SLIP indicator light operates.
- CHECK COMBINATION METER
- Check the combination meter (see PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
NG: REPLACE COMBINATION METER
OK: REPLACE ABS AND TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
