Inspection Procedure

- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check if the CAN communication system DTC is output (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
).

B: REPAIR CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A: GO TO NEXT STEP.
- Check if the CAN communication system DTC is output (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
).
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (BRAKE WARNING LIGHT)
- Select the ACTIVE TEST, generate a control command, and then check that BRAKE warning light operates.

OK: REPLACE ABS AND TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

- Select the ACTIVE TEST, generate a control command, and then check that BRAKE warning light operates.
- INSPECT COMBINATION METER
- Inspect the combination meter (see PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
NG: REPLACE COMBINATION METER
OK: REPLACE ABS AND TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
