Back Door: Adjustment

ADJUST DOOR IN LEFT/RIGHT AND VERTICAL DIRECTIONS
1. Loosen the door's hinge bolts and adjust the door's position.
2. Tighten the door's hinge bolts after the adjustment.
  Torque: 28 N*m (286 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf)

REMOVE DOOR IN FORWARD/REARWARD AND VERTICAL DIRECTIONS
1. Loosen the door's hinge nuts and adjust the door's position.
2. Tighten the door's hinge nuts after the adjustment.
  Torque: 31 N*m (316 kgf*cm, 23 ft.*lbf)

ADJUST BACK DOOR LOCK STRIKER
1. Check that the door fit and door linkages are adjusted correctly.
2. Using a "torx" wrench, loosen the door lock striker mounting screws.
  - "Torx" wrench: T40 (Part No. 09042-00020 or locally manufactured tool)
  - Torque: 11.5 N*m (117 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
3. Using a plastic-faced hammer, tap the door lock striker to adjust.

ADJUST LOWER STOPPER
1. Loosen the stopper mounting bolt to adjust.
2. Use the same manner described above to the side.

1. Loosen the door's hinge bolts and adjust the door's position.
2. Tighten the door's hinge bolts after the adjustment.

2. Tighten the door's hinge bolts and nuts to after the adjustment.

ADJUST DOOR LOCK STRIKER
1. Check that the door fit and door linkages are adjusted correctly.
2. Using a "torx" wrench, loosen the door lock striker mounting screws.
