Inspection Procedure

- CHECK CASSETTE TAPE
- Check that the cassette tape is normal tape for recording sounds.
OK: Cassette tape is normal.
- NG: CASSETTE TAPE FAULTY
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- Check that the cassette tape is normal tape for recording sounds.
- CLEAN HEAD AND CHECK OPERATION
- Operates normally after cleaning the heads?
- OK: HEAD WAS DIRTY
- NG: GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK RADIO
- Is radio operating normally?
- OK: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
- NG: GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK SPEAKER
- Is speaker properly installed?
- NG: INSTALL PROPERLY
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- REPLACE SPEAKER
- Temporarily install another speaker. Function OK?
- OK: SPEAKER FAULTY
- NG: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
