Inspection Procedure

  1. REPLACE HEADPHONE 
    1. Temporarily install another headphone. Function OK?
    • OK: HEADPHONE FAULTY 
    • NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (STEREO COMPONENT CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY - RADIO RECEIVER) 
    • NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 
    • OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  3. REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Temporarily install another stereo component controller assembly. Function OK?
    • OK: STEREO COMPONENT CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY FAULTY 
    • NG: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
