Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Is the radio operating normally?
    • OK: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 
    • NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. INSPECT FUSE (ACC, RADIO) 
    1. Remove the ACC fuse from the cowl side junction block LH.
    2. Remove the RADIO fuse from the cowl side junction block RH.
    3. Measure the resistance of the fuses.

      Standard resistance: Below 1 

    • NG: REPLACE FUSE 
    • OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  3. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY) 
    • NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 
    • OK: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
