Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK WIRE HARNESS 
    1. Disconnect the receiver connector.
    2. Disconnect the ECU connector.
    3. Check the continuity between the wire harness and body ground.

      OK: No Continuity

    • NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 
    • OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK BODY ECU 
    1. Connect the ECU connector.
    2. Check the DTC.

      OK: B1242 is not output.

    • NG: REPLACE BODY ECU 
    • OK: REPLACE DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER
