Inspection Procedure

INSPECT NAVIGATION ECU

Measure the voltage of the ECU.

Standard voltage

NAVIGATION ECU

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
N2-14 (REV) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON, shift lever R position	10 to 14 V

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
NG: GO TO NEXT STEP

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (NAVIGATION ECU - PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH)

Disconnect the N2 ECU connector.
Disconnect the P1 switch connector.

Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

Standard resistance

NAVIGATION ECU - PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
N2-14 (REV) - P1-1	Below 1 Ω
N2-14 (REV) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher

OK: REPLACE PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
