Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK WHEN PROBLEM OCCURS 
    1. Check the location in which disc skipping occurs.

      OK: Sound skips only during strong vibration. 

    • OK: SKIPS CAUSED BY VIBRATION 
    • NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK INSTALLATION 
    1. Check the installation condition of the DVD changer.
    • NG: INSTALL PROPERLY 
    • OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  3. REPLACE DISC WITH ANOTHER AND RECHECK 
    • OK: DISC IS FAULTY 
    • NG: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  4. CHECK TEMPERATURE 
    1. Has rapid temperature change occurred inside cabin?

      OK: Rapid temperature change occurred. 

    • OK: FORMATION OF CONDENSATION DUE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGES 
    • NG: REPLACE DISC PLAYER CHANGER
