Inspection Procedure

- RECHECK (VEHICLE ON DISPLAY NOT ROTATING, TURN IGNITION SWITCH FROM OFF TO ON AGAIN.)
- OK: NORMAL (WHILE VEHICLE WAS ROTATING, IGNITION SWITCH WAS TURNED ON.)
- NG: GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK DTC (DTC NO. 58-10)
- Check for the DTC (is "58-10" displayed in the unit check mode of the navigation ECU?) (see DTC CHECK/CLEAR
).
OK: No DTC(s) is output.
- NG: REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- Check for the DTC (is "58-10" displayed in the unit check mode of the navigation ECU?) (see DTC CHECK/CLEAR
).
- CHECK DTC (DTC NO. 58-43)
- Check for the DTC (is "58-43" displayed in the unit check mode of the navigation ECU?) (see DTC CHECK/CLEAR
).
OK: No DTC(s) is output.
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE SPD TERMINAL WIRE HARNESS
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- Check for the DTC (is "58-43" displayed in the unit check mode of the navigation ECU?) (see DTC CHECK/CLEAR
).
- CHECK VEHICLE SENSOR (NAVIGATION CHECK MODE)
- Enter the Navigation Check mode (Vehicle Sensors) (see DTC CHECK/CLEAR ).
- Check the speed and gyro.
- OK: REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION ECU - MULTI-DISPLAY)
