Rear Axle Hub Bolt: Replacement

Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

REMOVE REAR WHEEL
REMOVE REAR DISC
1. Remove the 2 bolts, brake cylinder and disc.
2. Support the brake cylinder securely.

REMOVE REAR AXLE HUB BOLT
1. Using a brass bar and hammer, tap out the hub bolt.

INSTALL REAR AXLE HUB BOLT
1. Install a washer and nut to a new hub bolt, as shown in Fig 3 , and install the hub bolt by torquing the nut.
INSTALL REAR DISC
1. Install the disc and brake cylinder with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 103 N*m (1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
INSTALL REAR WHEEL
Torque: 131 N*m (1,340 kgf*cm, 97 ft.*lbf)
