Vane Pump: Installation

INSTALL VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY
1. Torque the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 17 N*m (175 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf)
INSTALL PRESSURE FEED TUBE ASSEMBLY
1. Install new gaskets on each side of the tube and torque the union bolt.
  Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf)
  
  HINT:
  
  Make sure that the stopper of the tube touches the vane pump body as shown in the illustration, then torque the bolt.

CONNECT RETURN HOSE
1. Install the clip.
CONNECT 2 VACUUM HOSES
1. Install the 2 clips.
INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
1. Loosen the drive belt tension by turning the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise, and install the belt.
INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
1. Tighten the 3 bolts.
2. Tighten the clamp.
3. Connect the hose.
4. Connect the MAF meter connector.
INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
1. Tighten the 8 bolts.
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
1. Tighten the 7 bolts.
