Water Pump: Inspection

INSPECT WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY
1. Visually check the water drain hole for coolant leakage.
  If leakage is found, replace the water pump assembly.
2. Turn the pulley, and check that the water pump bearing moves smoothly and quietly.
  If it moves roughly or noisily, replace the water pump assembly.
INSPECT FAN BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Check that the fan pulley turns smoothly.
  If necessary, replace the fan bracket.
