Inspection Procedure

CHECK MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU
1. Check the operation of the multiplex tilt and telescopic.
  HINT:
  
  In this inspection, whether or not the multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU functions normally can be diagnosed.
NG: REPLACE MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU

OK: GO TO NEXT STEP

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

Disconnect the ECU connectors mentioned in MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU .

Check the continuity of the wire harness between the connectors.

MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU

Wire harness side connector of ECU	Terminal
Multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU - Multiplex network body ECU	T7-3 (MPX1) - B7-23 (MPX2)

OK: There is continuity between the connectors.

HINT:

If there is an open in any wire harness, repair it.

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

OK: REPLACE MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU
