Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the L16 display connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.
      RESISTANCE AND VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION CHART

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      GND (L16-12) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V
      ACC (L16-15) - GND (L16-12) GR - W-B Ignition (ACC) Ignition switch ACC 10 to 14 V
      +B (L16-16) - GND (L16-12) L - W-B Battery Always 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the L16 display connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.
      VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION CHART

      VV+ (L16-6) - GND (L16-12) R - W-B Display signal External device system is playing (when video terminal is used) Pulse generation
      R1+ (L16-7) - GND (L16-12) Y - W-B Sound signal External device system is playing (when video terminal is used) Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      L1+ (L16-8) - GND (L16-12) BR - W-B Sound signal External device system is playing (when video terminal is used) Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      TX- (L16-13) - GND (L16-12) Y - W-B AVC-LAN communication signal Ignition switch ACC 2 to 3 V
      TX+ (L16-14) - GND (L16-12) B - W-B AVC-LAN communication signal Ignition switch ACC 2 to 3 V
      VV- (L16-22) - GND (L16-12) G - W-B Ground Always Below 1 V
      SGND (L16-23) - GND (L16-12) Shielded - W-B Shield ground Always Below 1 V
      ADPG (L16-24) - GND (L16-12) Y - W-B VTR terminal detection signal Always Below 1 V
      MUTE (L16-26) - GND (L16-12) L - W-B Mute signal RSE system is playing Above 3.5 V
      MUTE (L16-26)- GND (L16-12) L - W-B Mute signal RSE system is changing mode Below 1 V
      SLD9 (L16-27) - GND (L16-12) Shielded - W-B Shield ground Always Below 1 V
      R+ (L16-28) - GND (L16-12) B - W-B RSE sound signal RSE system is playing Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      R- (L16-29) - GND (L16-12) W - W-B RSE sound signal RSE system is playing Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      L+ (L16-30) - GND (L16-12) R - W-B RSE sound signal RSE system is playing Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      L- (L16-31) - GND (L16-12) G - W-B RSE sound signal RSE system is playing Waveform synchronized with sound is output

      If the result is not as specified, the display may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER

    1. Measure the voltage of the receiver connector.
      VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION CHART

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      TXM- (E64-10) - Body ground Y - Body ground AVC-LAN communication signal Ignition switch ACC 2 to 3 V
      TXM+ (E64-9) - Body ground B - Body ground AVC-LAN communication signal Ignition switch ACC 2 to 3 V
      MUTE (E64-6) - Body ground L - Body ground Mute signal RSE system is playing → RSE system is changing mode Above 3.5 V → Below 1 V
      CDL+ (E64-4) - Body ground R - Body ground RSE sound signal Always Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      CDL- (E64-5) - Body ground G - Body ground RSE sound signal RSE system is playing Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      CDR+ (E64-2) - Body ground B - Body ground RSE sound signal RSE system is playing Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      CDR- (E64-3) - Body ground W - Body ground RSE sound signal RSE system is playing Waveform synchronized with sound is output
      CSLD (E64-1) - Body ground Shielded - Body ground Shield ground Always Below 1 Ω
