NG: REPLACE CELLULAR PHONE
OK: Go to Next Step

OK: Mute is not set to ON.
NG: TURN MUTE OFF
OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
