- INSPECT PTC HEATER RELAY
- Check the resistance.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Specified Condition 3-5 10 kΩ or higher 3-5 Below 1 Ω
(When battery voltage applied to terminals 1 and 2)If the result is not as specified, replace the PTC heater relay.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
- Check the resistance.
