DOOR CONTROL SWITCH (for Sedan): Inspection

- INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Check the resistance of the door control switch.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 1-2 LOCK Below 1 Ω 1-2 OFF 10 kΩ or higher 1-9 OFF 10 kΩ or higher 1-9 UNLOCK Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator master switch.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the table below.
- Check the resistance of the door control switch.
- INSPECT DOOR CONTROL SWITCH
- Check the resistance of the door control switch.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 3-4 LOCK Below 1 Ω 3-4 OFF 10 kΩ or higher 2-4 OFF 10 kΩ or higher 2-4 UNLOCK Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the door control switch.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the table below.
- Check the resistance of the door control switch.
