Oil Pump: Disassembly

REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE
1. Using a 27 mm socket wrench, remove the plug.
2. Remove the valve spring and oil pump relief valve.

REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER
1. Remove the 8 bolts, oil pump cover, drive rotor and driven rotor.
  NOTE: Be careful not to damage the drive and driven rotors.
