DTC C1290/66 Steering Angle Sensor Zero Point Malfunction: Wiring Diagram

PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
HINT:

This code is output when a problem occurs in the zero point calibration of the steering angle sensor and yaw rate sensor. Therefore, clear the stored zero point calibration data and correct the zero points.
1. Clear the zero point calibration data.
2. Perform a zero point calibration of the steering sensor and yaw rate sensor.

CHECK FOR DTC

Clear the DTCs.
Turn the ignition switch ON.
Check if the same DTCs are recorded.
