Air Cooled Oil Cooler: Removal

REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 3 screws.
2. Release the 2 clips and remove the radiator grille.
DISCONNECT POWER STEERING OIL COOLER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the power steering oil cooler.

REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
1. Loosen the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 hoses.

2. Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler.

3. Remove the 8 bolts, 2 oil cooler brackets and 2 stays.

REMOVE OIL COOLER PIPE BRACKET
1. Move the 2 clips to disconnect 2 hoses.

2. Remove the 2 bolts and the oil cooler pipe bracket.
3. Move the 2 clips to disconnect the 2 hoses.
