Air Cooled Oil Cooler: Installation

INSTALL OIL COOLER PIPE BRACKET
1. Connect the 2 hoses and move the 2 clips to the connection.
2. Install the oil cooler pipe bracket with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 4.9 N*m (50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf)

3. Connect the 2 hoses and move the 2 clips to the connection.

INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the 2 oil cooler brackets and 2 stays with the 8 bolts.
  Torque: 4.9 N*m (50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf)

2. Install the oil cooler with the 4 bolts.
  Torque: 12 N*m (117 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)

3. Connect the 2 hoses and move the 2 clips to the connection.

CONNECT POWER STEERING OIL COOLER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the power steering oil cooler with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)

INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the radiator grille and attach the 2 clips.
ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID
1. Add automatic transmission fluid (see AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID ).
CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL
1. Check automatic transmission fluid (see AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID ).
