Rear Heater Unit: Disassembly

REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
1. Remove the 3 screws and air mix servomotor.

REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
1. Remove the 3 screws and 2 clamps.
2. Pull out the heater radiator.

3. Remove the 2 screws, 2 clamps and heater radiator pipes.
4. Remove the 2 O-rings.
  HINT:
  
  At the time of reassembly, do not reuse the O-rings.

REMOVE POWER TRANSISTOR
1. Remove the 2 screws and power transistor.

REMOVE AIR INLET TEMPERATURE SENSOR
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the screw and air inlet temperature sensor.

REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
1. Remove the 3 screws and cover.
2. Remove the 4 screws, 3 holding springs and separate the heater cases.

3. Remove the nut and fan.

4. Remove the screws and blower motor.
