Front Brake Pad, Brake Caliper & Brake Rotor: Installation

INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the disc brake cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 34 N*m (350 kgf*cm, 25 ft.*lbf)

2. Connect the flexible hose with the union bolt and the new gasket.

NOTE: Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake cylinder.

Torque: 29 N*m (300 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf)
FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
BLEED MASTER CYLINDER (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
BLEED BRAKE LINE (See BLEEDING )
BLEED BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (w/ VSC) (See BLEEDING )
INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR (See BLEEDING )
INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 N*m (1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
