Roof Drip Side Finish Moulding: Removal

REMOVE ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING CENTER

HINT:

When removing the roof drip side finish moulding center, heat the body and roof drip side finish moulding center using a heat light.

Heating temperature

HEATING TEMPERATURE SPECIFICATIONS

Item	Temperature
Vehicle Body	40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F)
Moulding	20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

NOTE: Do not heat the vehicle body and moulding excessively.

Put protective tape around the roof drip side finish moulding center.

Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 clips and remove the roof drip side finish moulding center.
NOTE:
- Do not remove the clips.
- If the clips are damaged or dropped off, replace them with new ones.
