REAR STABILIZER BAR (for 2WD): Removal

  1. REMOVE REAR WHEELS 
  2. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and rear stabilizer link assembly LH.

    HINT:

    If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench (5 mm) to hold the stud.

  3. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and rear stabilizer link assembly RH.

      HINT:

      If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench (5 mm) to hold the stud.

  4. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and rear stabilizer bar.

  5. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 rear stabilizer bar brackets.
  6. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BUSHING 
    1. Remove the 2 rear stabilizer bushings from the rear stabilizer bar.
