Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly: Reassembly

INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY
INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK PAD
INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No.2 seatback pad with new hog rings.

  NOTE:
  - Be careful not to damage the cover.
  - When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2
INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH
INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH
INSTALL HANDLE 3RD SEAT
INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION PAD
INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No.2 seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

  NOTE:

INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT LEG RH
1. Install the rear No.2 seat leg RH with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf)
2. Install the spring and a new E-ring.
INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT LEG LH
1. Install the rear No.2 seat leg LH with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf)
2. Install the spring and a new E-ring.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
1. Using a "Torx" socket wrench (T45), install the rear seat cushion assembly with the 2 "Torx" bolts and 4 bolts.
  Torque: "Torx" bolt 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf)
  
  Bolt 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)
