Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly: Disassembly

1. Remove the screw and reclining pedal cover LH.

HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

1. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat reclining cover No.2 LH.

HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

1. Using a "Torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "Torx" bolts, 4 bolts and rear seat cushion assembly.

1. Remove the E-ring and spring.
2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear No.2 seat leg LH.

HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

1. Disengage the hooks and remove the No.2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

1. Remove the hog rings and No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 claws and remove the handle 3rd seat cover.

   HINT:

   Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. Remove the 2 screws.
3. Disconnect the 2 rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly and remove the handle 3rd seat.

1. Remove the screw and rear seat reclining cover inner LH.

HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

1. Disengage the 8 clips and 3 hooks and remove the No.2 seatback board sub-assembly.

1. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat cover bezel No.1.

1. Remove the hog rings and lift the upper part of the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly (LH side). This will allow access to the claws that secure the rear headrest supports.

2. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear No.2 seat headrest support assembly.

HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

1. Disengage the hooks and remove the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly with pad.

1. Remove the hog rings and No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly.

1. Disconnect the 4 cables and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat lock cable assemblies.
