Front Bumper: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
    1. Remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER 
    1. Release the 2 claws and remove the front bumper stay center.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER 
    1. Remove the 4 nuts.
    2. Release the 4 claws and remove the radiator grille lower.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR GARNISH NO.2 
    1. Release the 5 claws and remove the front bumper bar garnish No.2.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR GARNISH NO.1 
  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH 
    1. Release the 2 claws.
    2. Release the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER 
  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER 
    1. Release the 2 claws.
    2. Release the hook and remove the front bumper cover lower.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) 
    1. Release the claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) 
  13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR LH (w/ Fog Light) 
    1. Release the 2 claws and remove the fog light protector LH.

  14. REMOVE FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR RH (w/ Fog Light) 
  15. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)  (See REMOVAL )
  16. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
