Inspection Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER
- Operate the intelligent tester according to the stepson the display and select the "ACTIVE TEST".

Needle indication is normal.
NG: REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
OK: Go to Next Step
- READ VALUE OF INTELLIGENT TESTER
- Operate the intelligent tester according to the steps on the display and select the "DATA LIST".

NG: REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
OK: Go to Next Step
- INSPECT FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the K7 connector.
- Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.
- Remove the fuel sender gauge assembly.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals 2 (EF) and 3 (FS) of the connector according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK: Go to Next Step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMBINATION METER - FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the E3 and K7 connectors
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
