Inspection Procedure

READ OUTPUT DTC (HV ECU)
1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch ON (IG).
3. Turn the intelligent tester ON.
4. Enter the following menus: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/MOBD / HV ECU / DTC INFO / CURRENT CODES.
5. Read DTCs.
  Result: DTC P3000 (INF 388) and other DTCs are output
  
  HINT:
  
  If any other codes besides P3000 (INF 388) are output, perform troubleshooting for those DTCs first.
YES : GO TO RELEVANT DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART

NO : GO TO NEXT STEP
CHECK AMOUNT OF GASOLINE
1. Turn the power switch ON (IG).
2. Check the amount of gasoline with the fuel gauge in the meter.
  OK : Appropriate amount of gasoline
NG : REFUEL GASOLINE

OK : GO TO NEXT STEP
CHECK IF ENGINE STARTS
1. Turn the power switch ON (READY).
2. Check if the engine starts.
  OK : The engine starts
NO : REPLACE HV SUPPLY BATTERY ASSEMBLY

YES : LEAVE VEHICLE IN P POSITION, AND CHARGE HV BATTERY IN IDLE STATUS UNTIL IDLING STOPS
