Front Wiper Motor And Link: Removal

REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP
REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM LH
1. Remove the 2 nuts and FR wiper arm LH.
REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM RH
1. Remove the nut and FR wiper arm RH.
REMOVE HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL
1. Detach the 8 clips and remove the hood to cowl top seal.

REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH
1. Detach the 8 claws and clip, and remove the cowl top ventilator louver LH.

REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH
1. Detach the 8 claws and clip, and remove the cowl top ventilator louver RH.

REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the 5 bolts and wiper motor & link.

REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY
1. Using a flat-head screwdriver, disengage the windshield wiper link arm from the crank arm pivot of the windshield wiper motor.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. Remove the nut and washer.

3. Remove the crank arm.
4. Put matchmarks on the crank arm and windshield wiper motor, and remove the crank arm (when reinstalling).

5. Remove the 3 bolts and the windshield wiper motor.
