Inspection Procedure

1. Remove the ODO / TRIP switch.
2. Measure the resistance of the switch.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   5 (ODO) - 6 (E)	Push ODO / TRIP switch	Below 1 Ω
   	Release ODO / TRIP switch	10 kΩ or higher

NG: REPLACE ODO / TRIP SWITCH 

OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Disconnect the H11 switch connector.
2. Disconnect the C10 meter connector.
3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   H11-5 (ODO) - C10-3	Below 1 Ω
   H11-6 (E) - C10-2

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

OK: REPLACE COMBINATION METER
