Air Switching Valve ASSY (2ZZ-GE): Replacement

1. Unfasten the 3 clips, then remove the wire harness protector.

2. Remove the 2 nuts, then remove the cooler refrigerant suction hose No. 1.

3. Disconnect the air injection system No. 6 hose.
4. Disconnect the vacuum hose.
5. Disconnect the pressure sensor (turbo pressure sensor) connector.

6. Remove the 2 bolts.
7. Disconnect the air injection system No. 1 hose, then remove the air switching valve.

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the air switching valve.
2. Remove the 2 bolts, then remove the pressure sensor (turbo pressure sensor).

1. Remove the 2 bolts, then remove the air switching valve bracket and gasket.

1. Install a new gasket and the air switching valve bracket with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in..lbf)

1. Install the pressure sensor (turbo pressure sensor) with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in..lbf) 

2. Connect the vacuum hose to the air switching valve.

1. Connect the air injection system No. 1 hose.
2. Install the air switching valve with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 21 N.m (209 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf)

3. Connect the turbo pressure sensor (turbo pressure sensor) connector.
4. Connect the vacuum hose.
5. Connect the air injection system No. 6 hose.

6. Install the cooler refrigerant suction hose No. 1 with the 2 nuts.

   Torque: 9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf)

7. Install the wire harness protector.

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in..lbf)
